1. How much salary will I be offered? 

Salary will be determined as per the H1b process guidelines. As per the guidelines, salary ranges have been significantly increased and it depends on the location and no. of year’s experience. Example: 9 years SAP ABAP experienced resource at Texas area is getting $115K per year 

2. Will you process the green card? If so, how soon will it be processed? 

We will initiate the Green Card process after 6 months employment with Decision Six.

 3. Who will be my employer? How will I be assigned to a project? 

Decision Six will be your employer. If you are interested in moving forward, we will conduct an interview and extend an offer letter to you. At this stage, we will be processing the H1B and place you at one of our client’s projects. 

4. What is the timeline to register for the H1B Lottery? 

We need to finalize this by the end of Feb 2023. 

5. What is the timeline to file the H1B? 

To file the H1B, first your application needs to be picked in the H1B lottery. If picked, we will file the H1B in April/May 2023. 

6. When will the H1B application be approved? 

H1B application approvals will start coming from October 2022. Once it is approved, you will have to go for H1B stamping and travel to the US.

 7. I already have a H1B, will you transfer my H1B to your company? 

Yes, you can share your details (H1B Copy and updated resume) to hr@iaisystem.com and our HR Manager will reach out to you. 

8. I had a H1B visa, but it expired. Can you help in this scenario?

9. Will I be able to apply through more than one company? No limit you can reach other firms to apply as well. We will try to apply two  companies .

10. Number of applications that Decision Six takes every year for H1B filing? Last year there were 63 applications out of which 24 were picked in the lottery. 

11. How are candidate profiles processed? Experience, skills – dev ops, java, dot net, sap etc 

12. Are there any clients for automotive field? asml, Navistar, zedf 

13. Our clients with cad customization c++: asml, Navistar

15. Can the company share employee details for reference? It is illegal to share contact details of employees. Instead we can schedule a call with our on-site Manager. She should be able to address your queries. 

16. How will the documents be checked and verified? Our attorney will screen all the documents 3 times. 

17. List of documents: Offer letters, relieving letters, pay slips, passports – all pages, educational documents, updated resume 

18. What is the process once the application is picked? Once application is picked the file can be: 

1.) Approved

2.) RFE (supporting documents will be asked) – 2 months time will be given for submission. 

3.) Denied- if denied the candidate can apply again the following year in the month of April. During the interview at US Embassy 

19. When will the Interview be scheduled in the US Embassy? 

It will be in the month of October. 

20. Will there be any technical questions in the Embassy interview:

21. Can the individual track the visa status: 

Once picked in the lottery, 797C document shows it is picked. We will have 60 days time to send all the required documents, once the documents reach them, they will issue a reference number. The reference will be sent to Decision Six. There won’t be details in the tracker other than the reference number. 

22. How will the interview process with the clients be? We will market the candidate with our clients and outside of our clients; interviews will be through Microsoft teams, gmeet. In person interviews are very rare

23. Why you charge 400$ when uscis fee is 10$? We have many expenses occur for this lottery process, includes frieght, attrony evulation fee, admin fee, Us rental  recruiter salary and job portal. However we're return back to candidate when candidate truly join us in u.s project.

last year few candidates did not pay 4100$ to proceed further they applied to 8 companies and got 4 companies selected.  The bad thing is they did not join any of those companies.. who will bare this cost?

when a person does not have capability and faith in his/her skill should not apply .  very limited application only can only go to lottery.. whoever has capacity can do rather taking others opportunity .
